Tips for choosing
- Check the character limit for your game before you fall in love with a long name.
- Pick a short clan tag too, usually 3–4 letters, from your name's initials.
- Say it out loud over voice chat. If it's hard to call out mid-game, keep looking.
Common questions
What makes a good clan name?
Short, memorable and easy to say. Cool names work for competitive play; funny names are great for casual squads.
What's a clan tag?
A short abbreviation, usually 3–4 characters, shown next to members' names in many games. Build it from your clan name's initials.
How does our squad agree on a name?
